Admission Procedure:-

1) The academic year of the school is from April to March

2) Prospectus and Registration forms can be collected from the school office during office hours.

3) Incomplete form without the necessary documents / information will be rejected.

4) The list of the shortlisted candidates and the date of interview will be displayed on the school notice board. Those candidates who fail to respond on the scheduled date, shall forfeit their chance to get admission.

5) Decision of the school selection committee for admission would be final.

For Pre Primary Classes:-

Playway - Age 3 years and above

LKG - Age 4 years and above

UKG - Age 5 years and above

1) A small interactive session with basic test of strokes and letter formation

2) Admission will be strictly according to the age group of the child.

For Class I to V - Based on written test and personal interview. Subjects - English, Hindi, Maths, EVS, GK for Class VI Onwards - Based on written test and personal interview

Documents Required at the Time of Admission:-

• 1) Birth certificate in original with a photocopy which is issued by Nagar Nigam or nursing home at the time of delivery.
• 2) Two passport size photograph of the child.
• 3) One family photograph (postcard size) with both parents and the child seeking admission.
• 4) Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the child.
• 5) Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the parents.
• 6) Annual Report Card of the last school attended (Class UKG Onwards).
• 7) Original Transfer Certificate of the child (Class UKG Onwards)
• 8) Permanent Education Number (PEN) of the child.
• 9) UDISE Code of the last school.
• 10) AAPAR ID if generated in the last school.

AUTHORITATIVE LETTER
